Imput on Dwf Composer

Can anyone give some input on the Dwf composer and if it is user friendly enough to use for people with limited or no cad background?

Yea it is like Volo View express on roids... It has some really cool markup tools you can use like a stamp and rev clouds ect. It is extreamly easy to add text and call outs to the drawing with a few clicks on the toolbar.
