How? When I try to export, it only shows up as a picture on the spreadsheet. I need to be able to manipulate the information. I would also like to know how to bring info from EXCEL into an autoCAD table.
Thanks in advance.

Which version of AutoCAD are you using?

I'm using 2006. I've created a table with fields that are linked to dimensions for BOM's and I just want to be able to export that information, with the same formulas(unless there is a different way to produce the same results), from several drawings, into Excel and be able to manipulate it and if needed, to be able to export those same tables from Excel back into AutoCAD to update the tables. I'm assuming I would need to export them separately, which is still a far cry better than what I am doing now.

Hi "brian.thomas"
Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD Fields (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=53) forum to this one, as I feel this particular forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.
Thanks, Mike

As far as I know, there is no way to do this using only AutoCAD+Excel. You can export an AutoCAD table to a CSV file and open it in Excel, but you will lose formulas, etc.
You might take a look at AutoCELL (http://www.dotsoft.com/autocell.htm) and/or contact the author to see if this tool (or another) can do this for you.
