Summary: Allow surfaces to be used as contraints and be able to extrude to that suface no matter what the size.
Description: Allow surfaces to be used as constraints in sketch and improve the "extrude to" constraint in feature creation.
How Used: Currently (release IV10) you can not use surfaces as constraints. Additionally the extrude to surface option will not work unless the new feature is entirerly inside the projected boundaries of the surface you are extruding to.
Not allowing surfaces to be used as constraints in sketch affects reliability of future changes. The limitations of the "extrude to surface" option severely limits the usefullness of this command.
If you can only use boundary lines as constraints you are probably faced with these being compromised as you make additional changes to the model thus probably compromising constraints and causing features to fail. This increases the amount of work to fix models as you make changes.
