Corridor not reaching proper point

I am making an attempt to create a corridor that has 12' pavement, 1.5' c&g, then grades 3% to the ROW (16.5'), and then grades 1% to the back of lot (100'). As you can see in the attached image, it is not reaching to the back of lot as I want it to.

I used a basic lane, basic c & g, link offset & slope (3%), and then link offset & slope (1%). Something isn't working right. I am not sure what. Can anyone help?

With out seeing the assembly settings, it looks like you link offset to the back of the lots is set at to an offset of 100'. If the right of way is 50', it should be set to 125' as the offset is measured from the CL. alignment, and not the offset slope's attachement point.
