Long radius fittings/elbows

The following needs to be added to Revit Systems:

-long radius fittings/elbows, the default fitting is a short radius which isn't accurate with large pipes.

I know your original post was from a LONG time ago, but it seems that even in 2010 there still are only long radius elbows for Flanged and PVC pipe.

Did you ever find a solution to other pipe types with long radius?

Isn't the radius of any pipe elbow fittings determined by a factor which is a type property of the family?

You can adjust the elbom radiuses by going into the family editor and taking out the formula that establishes radius and replacing it for a value. then you can put whatever radius you want into the elbow.
