Is there an efficient way to set Communication Center to "On Demand" Setting for an entire office and keep it that way?
If you know what application the user is using, you could adjust the registry key pointing to this setting.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R16.0\ACAD-204:409\WebServices\CommunicationCenter

Change the DWord value for "PollingFrequency" to 0 for on demand.

I'm having problems with the Communication Center locking up as are others. Aside from editing registry settings, would I have to install the Cad Manager Control Utility on all machines in order to disable the Communication Center?
