Summary: Associate any text to a balloon, so if the balloon is moved the text moves with it
Description: In a drawing, I would like to tie a qty callout ex.."(2X)" to the outside of a balloon, so than when the balloon moves so does the qty callout
How Used: The balloon function might give the option as to placement and orientation of text outside the balloon.
