Summary: Be able to suppress constraints in a sketch.
Description: Suppress constraints in a part sketch
How Used: This would allow free form sketching without constraints forcing lines to undesirable positions. Once the sketch is close, then unsuppress constraints to clean up the sketch. Similar to Assemblies where you can move parts or suppress constraints and drag them.
