Unable to open markup file - There was a problem displaying the file

I decided to try the 30-day demo of Design Review 2007. I exported a 3D DWF (from my Revit File) and sent it to the client. My client also downloaded the same demo. After marking up the file and sending it back to me, I can't seem to open their file. I get the following message: "There was a problem displaying the file"

I also tried opening the file with the DWF Viewer 2007. It also gives me the same message.

Has anyone had a similar problem like this?

Can you open the file before it got marked up? This is a bug in our software. Can you send me the file?

I have no problem opening the file before it's marked-up. Where would you like me to send the files?
