Can anyone tell me where the "Facility" installation program comes from and why it continues to try and load ever time I start my laptop?
I must either install it or exit setup (which unloads several pre-loaded files) with every boot.
I'd like to eliminate it altogether, but it doesn't appear in 'Add/remove software" and I can't find a command to load it anywhere.
I'd appreciate any help or any info you may have on this program.
