How can I remove the border CutePDF insists of putting on a sheet and hence reducing the size of the views.

Many thanks in anticipation

Quite strange? I've been using cute pdf for sometime now and it's quite accurate all my drawings plot to scale. I suspect that your problem is when plotting and if you are using adobe reader to open the file it is most likely that your page scaling is set to Fit to Printer Margin you should set the page scaling to None. I hope this is your case otherwise just ignore my comment.

Many thanks Arnel, what a dummy I am. It has worked fine.

The input is very helpful; however we are struggling with print scale. Dwg sheet size is 22x34 with half scale dwgs on 11x17. We are trying to create full size pdf files that can be printed at 50% on 11x17 paper. The full scale pdf file was generated in Revit Arch 08 and written to a pdf writer (see list below). We opened that full scale pdf file and tried to print onto 11x17. The end result was the sheet scaled down to 48% (on screen and plotted). We tried changing the page scaling option from "Fit to Printer Margins" to "None" and the end result is only a portion of the full size dwg on half size paper.

We tried the following software: Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.9, cutePDF and deskPDF. We view the file in Adobe and all programs are generating the same result.

Please help!!

Regards,
-Shaun

Try PDF XChange Viewer (http://www.docu-track.com/). It allows you to print at set scale.
It's also lightweight and offers free markup tools! I haven't really touched Adobe Reader since installing it.
