REVIT Systems Tutorial .chm File missing??

When i click on the tutorials from the help menu i get a message that says:

Cannot open "TutorialsSystemsMetENU.CHM"

Does anyone know where i can find that file?? should it have come in during the install??

What version of the program are you running? How did you install it, web or DVD?

Hi Kyle,

We're running Revit Systems 2 Build: 20061107_1700

This came as part of the 'AUTODESK AutoCAD REVIT SERIES-SYSTEM PLUS 2' package.
I installed it from the DVD.

I have actually had a search of the content files on the DVD, since i posted this thread, and the file is not there. I can only find the imperial .chm file but no metric one.
I'm in Australia so we were very excited about the roll out of all the metric content in Systems 2!!!!! Naturally we'd love to get our hands on this metric tutorial.
