User profile commad line switch in Target

Can anyone suggest why my profile switch doesn't work? AutoCAD consistently opens up "unnamed profile" instead of the "jkipfer.arg"

"C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2002 acad.exe" /p "S:\IT\AUTOCAD MAIN LIBRARY\User_Profiles\jkipfer.arg"

The paths are correct.

Yes! It works now. Though, I don't really get what the article is saying. What is " To have the customized profile available in a new Windows account:"

I've never come accross this before and have gone through several installations of Autodesk products.
