Get the Raster icons to show up in AutoCAD 2007

Hey, can anyone tell me how to get the icons to show up in ACAD2007 for the Raster Icons. If I could find the icons I could probably direct them to the correct location. I just can't find them.

You should be able to right click in a blank space of any existing toolbar & get the option to select the Raster Design tool bars that you want.
