That statement alone is a case of "damming with faint praise".

That last one has some very good items in it. For example, the part about the File Open Dialog delay is very interesting. It says that if you are running a Vista laptop that has been joined to a domain, and you are disconnected from the domain for more than 30 minutes, you will experience a delay of about 15 seconds every time you use that dialog box. He also says, that this will be the case at least until SP1 is out. So, it looks like there is another good reason not to deploy Vista yet.

Vista will only setback hackers a few months.
It still has to contain some similar ideas to the previous
versions of windows.
