RPC people badly rendered

Hello there,

I saw a topic about it but coul'nt find it.
My problem is that when Rendering a scene, some times (not always) the RPC people are surounded by a white filled rectangle (+ or - transparent)...Why is that ? I could'nt find the sitting...
