Tips on setting up vault correctly

hi friends , we are planing for an centralised data management through autodesk vault , we have around 50 PC's are connected networked and connected through a domain and no what we are facing all the PC's are have a particular permission to folders stored in project managers computers and some times working became very difficult, give me some opinion and tricks

Make sure every one of the 50 computers has the working folder set to their local hardrive. This will reduce bandwidth usage over the network.

The Vault has totally seperate user profiles, that should be set up within Vault for each user.
