Landesk 2005 and Survey

Have a error telling me when I go into DataLink Collection
that my licensing is not working and to contact my
administrator, I have 3 licenses per product, for Landesk 2005
and Civil when I go to Datalink COllection menu choices
I ither get a License Error or a (Unknown Command "LDD" )
any Ideas?? also this is using LMlicensing Server and Users are
setup as PowerUsers

and the related netwoek patch shown on the download page:
