The list includes text, mtext, dimensions, leaders, multi-leaders, blocks, attributes, and hatches. Sorry, not tables.

That's a good thought and I honestly haven't tried it yet, but even if the text was annotative, the table linework probably would not be able to "scale itself up" to match it.
I'll look in to it and post back when I find out more.

I just tested a basic table that contained text assigned to an annotative style. Unfortunately you have to be in the mtext editor so you don't have to option to choose annotative scales. When I made a viewport and changed the annotative scale away from the current, nothing happened. It appears that, eventhough the entities within it are annotative, tables take the annotativeness away.
