no function definition: ACET-INSERT-ATTRIB-GET

Anyone know the solution to this error? It occurs when using the Flatten command from the express tools. Perhaps it doesn't like the geometry of the particular file as it does work in a simple test situation. I've tried with a fresh install of the express tools as well, so that's not it.
