Remove the red cross close icon from a dialog box

hi pple, need to know if there is anyway to remove or disable the close icon (the red box with a cross) in a dialog box.

I think...it's can not remove...that dialog box in condition default.
why not use with doslib system, doslib without red button,look at attach file
