A very good daytime render. the perspective angle is nice as it looks taken from street level and it gives a sense of how you would be approaching the building from a distance Likewise the use of trees and cars helps to fill in the landscape. the only thing I would say could be helpful in a render like this is to include people. When you bring people in it helps you to get a greater sense of the scale of all the objects in the shot. Keep it up!!!
