Summary: Allow docking of panel bars horizontally
Description: Allow Docking Panel Bars Horizontally - In expert mode, allow the panel bars to dock across the top (or bottom) of the screen.
How Used: I've always floated the Panel Bars horizontally because the icons are easier to find in a horizontal line than in a wad under/above the browser. The panel bars can already be docked vertically (the shortest dimension of the monitor). If you minimize the width of the panel bar while docked vertically, you lose the title of the bar and the title of any drop-down bars. Horizontal also eliminates the space-wasting blue "Panel Bar" strip not needed by veteran users. I run my monitors fairly high-res with Large Buttons selected in App Options.
