Description:
allow an ENTER key to exit the loop for the POINT # transparent command or RETURN the zoom to point command to the software.
How Used:
obviously a user did not write this code. to have to jump across the keyboard (number key pad to ESC key) every time you zoom to a point is nerve racking.
Feature Affinity:
remove an un-necessary couple thousand key strokes a day when zooming to points
