Is there a way of stopping OSNAPS from snapping to objects on a layer that is locked ?

Once upon a time there was a utility named FLATLAND by Tony Tanzillo that did things like that. No longer available. I haven't seen anything else.

Really? I can't imagine how he managed that. But if it's at all possible, I'm not surprised he figured it out... He knows his stuff.
