Its probably a bit early to comment on the design or the rendering.

I assume you removed the second image, because its no longer available ?

You will be putting in a ground plane and adding mullions to the lower curtain wall, as well as adjusting mullion spacing for the side curtain panel.

Some structure behind the main curtain wall will help define the connection between upper and lower levels.

Obviously you will be looking at those projecting trusses too.

Looking forward to seeing how it develops. :o

You are trying to "tweak" a structural engineer aren't you  with that bowstring truss "hanging" out there. That would give the engineers here days worth of material to harangue me.

there is a double post why I dont know?
But I put the second image back on.
Umm yea, I live to tweak engineers!

Is it a real project or a study?

I would take out the casement elements from tjhe upper storey windows in pt2. Everything else is so bold and planar and the subdivision of those elements is at odds with the rest of it. If you have top have opening lights for ventilation, client comfort, means of escape, go with a vertical centre pivot, which while expensive would keep the simplicity of the form.

This is actually study/portfolio
A pivot huh?
Does rugi.org have those on file?
Yea those casements are out of style with rest of the building
you have to see the back end kitchen area Iam now builing..
I like the house and would like to see it built.
