Civil Series 2004 error message

Dear All,

I run Civil Series 2004 on Traditional Chinese Win XP Pro. Sp1. It runs well until recently I check the text window and found these error message as follow:

Does anyone understand these error message? I copy these text form AutoCAD text window. I still can run Land Desktop function, but these message makes me worry...

Did these drawings originate on a machine set up
for another language? These should point you in the
right direction.
