Raster Desing In Civil Series 2004

Deal All,

I am using Raster Design in Civil Series 2004 recently. When I practiced the tutorial and use the command Image-->Mask-->Create, only the following message shown:

C:\Program Files\Civil Series 2004\AeciImUi40.arx cannot find a procedure that
it needs.
Unknown command "IMASK". Press F1 for help.
**********************************************************************************************

Does anyone know what's going on?
I use Win XP Pro SP1 Traditional Chinese version.

This Document says you need to remove your MR SID viewer
and replace it with another one as shown:

According to the document, I should find MRSIDD.DLL in C:Program FilesCommon FilesAutodesk Shared, but I can not find this file.....

I have reinstall Civil Series 2004 many times but that's seem not a solution of my problem.

Should I copy MRSIDD.DLL from somewhere?

Given that you say you can not find the file in question
that would be the source of the error.
You may need to do a clean install of your applications.
Or copy that file from another machine.
Or extract the files listed from the installation CD.

Dear All,

I found my problem is cause that I install Civil series 2004 and LDT 2005 together. After I install LDT 2005, the Raster Design function in Civil Series 2004 will be influenced. But when I uninstall LDT 2005, the problem still there.

I have to install on a NEW hardrive to solve this problem. Dose anyone have the same problem as me?

By the way, the knowledge base in Autodesk web seems useless about this problem.
