Summary: Users need to be able to mirror a project and all of its associated documentation

Description: The ability to mirror an entire building and associated documentation.

How Used: Such a "beta" feature already existed prior to Revit 9.1 and although not officially supported, worked pretty good (well, better than doing everything manually for sure!). I would like to see a fully supported tool added to Revit as this is a situation we deal with in our business all the time (ie: mirroring a project when documentation is underway or at an advanced phase; we also re-use plans from time to time that need to be mirrored to fit our sites on "new" projects).

Feature Affinity: Other

Agree....I have been trying to get someone to get into Revit and after finding out he could not mirror he decided not to implement.

Yes, please! This has been on my wish list since Revit 7 but I've never taken the time to submit it. Having the ability to mirror a project in its entirety without having to cut/ paste etc. would be great!

If you took time to submit ... and I had that tool. one button push comparing with long hours work, and checking dimensions and everything else.

The tool....incognito...existed up until Revit Architecture 2008....As David stated, it was a beta, but when we checked it out...it was a heck of a beta, that beats having to do manually....

Perhaps they've taken it out to make time to process the feedback for a RA2009 Mirror Project tool?
