Summary: Decal objects should be visible without having to render.

Description: Decals should be able to show in shaded mode, not only when rendered

How Used: To extend the usability of shaded views as an early presentation tool

Feature Affinity: Views - Camera view

This would be better served as a View Grapgics setting in all views, including hidden line. This would allow the creation of signs in Elevations as well without extensive modeling.;)
