Insert Multiple Shared Parameters

I would like to be able to insert multiple shared parameters when creating a new piece of mechanical equipment. It can sometimes be very convenient to download a solid model from the Mfr and add some connectors and parameters instead modeling from scratch or even modifying a family I've made previously. But it takes a year to import all the param's that we use in the schedules and tags and systems and so on. I'd love to be able to select a list of the elec group of param's then a group of mech and so on.

You could make a template.

Though, a template "parameter list" which you could load in would be pretty nice.

Family templates don't really fit what I'm asking for. Since you're a Wire Nut, you might not have cause to build as many types of equipment as a Ducts and Pipes guy. I'd have to have an unreasonable number of different templates for all the types of systems. All the various combinations of hydronic/dx heating/cooling, fans, pumps, valves, water treatment, heat exchangers, materials and so on.

Well actually quite a bit of that stuff does cross the desk of the Wire Nut as well. So we would both benefit from this feature request.
