Are you getting an error when you try to do this? Can you run other _am commands?

Hello,
I can use other functions from mechanical but when I try this stretch function I get the following error
"Error: no function definition: GENLADE"
And again I can use the following function
"_amdimarrange" without problem
Thanks for any idea

Try typing ACADM at the command line, and see if it works after that.

Don't - I had to search to find the answer as well. There is a thread (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=26478)here in the Autolisp forum that talks about this. It looks like ACADM.LSP is a lisp file that should be started everytime AutoCAD is started, but it must not have been for you. Maybe a read of that thread will help you understand what happened, and hopefully ensure it doesn't happen again.

Hello,
Yes that's it, I've forgotten to append my s::startup to the main s::startup
Thanks (again) a lot ;-)
