Revit Structure NLM problem.

I get an error message saying: "Can't obtain a floating license" and "can not establish
contact to license server". The license file is OK, it also contains Revit 4, wich runs ok from the same computer as the Revit 2008 is installed on, status from LMTOOLS says Revit has a total of 4 licenses, zero in use, wich is correct !

I'm having the exact same problem this week. I have three others users who using the same network license and none of them are having this issue - just me. I have uninstalled Revit Structure 2008 once and reinstalled it and it continues to give me this same error. I've been looking around on various knowledge bases and discussion groups with no luck of finding an answer.
