Custom balloon notifications

Just wondering if anyone has heard of/seen or know how to create ballon reminders of custom events?

Today being one of those days when my boss is comng and going alot and hes getting quite a few phone calls, Im forever wrinting them down etc but i always freak out "has he got all his messages...!?" so i was thinking if i could type it into cad and have it pop up every 5mins or so "have you passed on the messages"(similar pop up to the com centre balloon, so that you can still carry on working unlike an alert) and it would display the message eg "ring so & so"

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated :mrgreen:

DOSLIB (http://en.wiki.mcneel.com/default.aspx/McNeel/DOSLib.html) includes a function to do this.
