When I scale down this block pattern the vertical joint lines don't scale down properly. They are fine if inserted at a larger scale. Maybe it has something to do with the way Revit rounds numbers with many decimal places. Pain in the neck!

What do you mean by scale down. The pattern or theview ?

Did you just use the Revit import dialog to scale it down? If so then it is probably a combination of Revit's accuracy and the imported pattern's accuracy. You will probably be better of using Excel to do the scaling before importing to Revit. And you may have to check the math of the original text file. I've seen a lot of goofy stuff that doesn't quite line up. (Even the brick that ships with both Revit and AutoCAD).

Thanks for the suggestion Aaron,
Yes, I did use the Revit Import dialogue to scale it down. The thing I don't get is that this happens to the same two lines in all block patterns, I created a custom block size for the one I show, but it also happens to the standard ACAD block patterns. If it was a problem with the math I think the other lines would also be inaccurate, also the patterns are perfect until I scale down to below around 0.1
