rtext from express tools

anyone know how to put justification in rtext.

right now if you use rtext it is defaulted to left-top and you are unable to change it.
so i was wondering if the is a way to add a few lines of script to add justification into rtext

RTEXT can't be justified. This is something fields can do.

RText is dying. Abandon it, if possible. You cannot "change" the arx program.
