Pdf's from recent AUGI ATP course on DWF design review/viewer

In either September, or October there was a ATP courses covering the design review. With each installment of the ATP(s) there were "pdf's". The course is now over, and the that ATP will not be available in an archived version for 3 months. Would anyone who had downloaded those "pdf's" be able to post them as a reply to this thread? One ATP covered the general aspects of the DWF, and the other ATP covered the more advanced aspects of the DWF. Thanks to anyone who could help me with this.

Would someone kindly explain what the point is in making training material available, then removing it and then posting it again later? Thanks in advance.
