We had a renovation project that was done last year but the owner put it on hold after we were done with all the drawings.

We have started another renovation project on the same building with minor overlaping of areas, they are are stored in dirrerant folders on our network, per our job numbers.

I now need to marge them into one project in the new project folder. I copied and pasted using Windows Explorer the older project into the new project. Everthing works ok except the Hyperlinked Callouts, they still direct the path to the old folder.

How can I redirect all the links in the old drawings to look at the drawings in the new folder?

what i've done is archived an old project and extracted to the new, the callouts are updated accordingly.

Chris,

I would have also do the same but I have already started the new project a couple of months ago and don't want to lose that work by extraction older files over the new ons, there are just a couple that it would happen to.

if it's just a couple, delete and re-drag the callout from the correct location. (if you've ever tried to re-path a SSM reference field, you'd cry.... at least on a larger project!)
