I am considering outsourcing the creation of some Revit content for HVAC and Electrical. This will be for items specific to our projects that we cannot locate nor have time to create in-house.

I am aware of Broutek and their model, but that is not what I prefer. I would rather have a relationship with either a company or even an individual that can create needed parametric MEP content within a reasonable amount of time.

Have you spoken with Broutek? I know them quite well and they will create whatever content you want with a bespoke service, they also will hire out thier guys and gals to come to your office to help out.

I know their website only talks about buying packs of stuff, but they are pretty flexible about it.
