converting autocad to microstation

I work for Northrop Grumman we just happen to be working with autocad and microstation and some of our autocad need to be converted to Microstation is there way to make this conversion and if so is there an easy way. Please help

The best way I think is to open the DWG file in Microstation and do a save as to a DGN file. Microstation seems to handle DWG better then AutoCAD can handle DGN. Plus you need Autodesk Map to export out to a DGN file anyway. Vanilla AutoCAD can't read or save DGN files.
