The company I work for still uses AutoCAD 14 and stores DWG files on two servers. One stores DWGs in AC 14 the other in AC12. Recently they've begun talking about upgrading to AutoCAD 08 and have even installed it on my computer and a few others. Do they make a plug in that allows 08 to save DWGs in 14 and 12 formats?

DWGTrueView (http://www.autodesk.com/dwgtrueview) (from Autodesk) includes a batch converter that allows you to save back to R14 format.

DWGGateway (http://www.dwggateway.com/) (non-Autodesk) is a add-on for AutoCAD that allows you to save to any version back to 2.5. (Demo can be seen here (http://www.dwgseries.com/onlinetour/13_DWG_Series_V2.html))

Wow! 2.5! You will have to search far and wide for someone who needs to use that.
