Summary: I wish I was able to add a door in a curtain wall without having to size the curtain wall grid.
Description: I wish I was able to add a door in a curtain wall without having to size the curtain wall grid.
How Used: For example, I want to be able to insert a 3'-0" x 7'-0" door in a curtain wall and have it automatically frame mullions and infill glazing around it. In door schedules, doors in curtain walls do not show properly in door schedules. Right now, as a work around, we embed a regular wall with a door inside a curtain wall system to get the effect we need in the model and in the door schedules.
