Searching Drawing Keywords

I know you can enter a bunch of keywords and a description into each dwg file. Is there any way that you can search drawings for the keywords??? I want to be able to search all of my drawings based upon certain keywords. This will quickly help me find what I need.

Thanks for the advie, I found I can use design center and Window explore to poll keywords that I have entered into drawings.
