Layer keys for AIA 4.0

2008 followes 3.0. do you guys know of a file containing the layer keys for V4.0? You can't really follow national standards without a layer key for the current standards. I'll make it if I have to, but I really don't want to.

Did the layering change in the latest NCS 4.0 release?

There isn't a set number of layer names to be used. The ones listed are there as examples and then the methodology is given for making layer names based on your situation. So using someone elses list of layers may be limiting you to what you could be doing.
