Summary: Be able to display foreshortened radii dimensions, so that the positioning of the center mark can be shown with forshortened dimensions
Description: I need to be able to dimension a displaced center mark per ASME/ANSI standards. That is, when the center point of a large radius would normally appear far from the drawing view, to be able to displace it closer to the view and dimension it properly. This would be very similar to a broken view, but leaders placed to this long radius would need to jog appropriately (see ASME/ANSI).
How Used: Whenever dimensioning a part with a long radius, where the center mark appears far from the view.
Feature Affinity: Drawing Manager
