Windows XP Media Center Edition

I installed a Map 3D 2006 on an Acer Aspire 5633 WLMi with Windows XP Media Center SP2
when I try to add some new layer there is a blocking error. Is there any trouble about Media Center?

Could you provide a little more information? What is the "blocking error"; What does the error actually say?
