Positions of objects on axis (polyline)

Problem:


One polyline is axis
left and right from axis are objects (polylines, lines, points, circles and blocks) and its perpendicular projections on this polyline.

Is it posible to make a lisp to do next:

write positions of objects in a file or table in terms of lenghts of axis,


for polylines and lines like this;


start end side of axis

49,00 80,00 Left

106,76 148,63 Right

,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,



and for ponits, circles and blocks like this



position side of axis

227,44 Right

,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,

its impossible to make such lisp?
