How do you apply profiles to roofs?

I am using Revit Structure and have created a roof, using the roof profile tab. Now I was wanting to apply a profile to this roof. I.E. custom orb or corrogated iron etc.

How do I do this, as I cannot see and option in the roof properties for this???

Can I in fact do this??? or is there another option????
