The default location of journal files (%ProgramFiles%\<Revit Application>\Journals) must be moved into the user's profile folder structure (%UserProfile%).
The current location is read-only to users that are restricted/limited users to the operating system. Log files and such have no reason to be in Program Files.
Revit, as it currently installs, does cause problems for users where their access rights to Program Files are restricted.
Ultimately, the location should be configurable not only at deployment, but also from within Revit's Settings dialog.
