Multi-seat Stand Alone Loading Loop

I am trying to load LDT 05 on our system. I have loaded twice and get in a loop at the end in the Setup Confirmation window. I pick the next button after the software has loaded from both disks and it blinks and goes back to the setup confirmation window. If I cancel and try to depoy there is an error. I am on Windows 2000 pro and Windows server 2003. Has anyone come across this before?
